Swiss electronic music producer Diverse returns to Make Your Era with ‘Resurgence’, a five-track release arriving on 23rd October 2026. Bringing together his classical musical background and an increasingly accomplished approach to contemporary bass production, the project explores the contrasting sides of his sound through a combination of high-energy Drum & Bass, intricate sound design, emotive musicality and UK garage influences. Having established himself within the Dubstep and Drum & Bass scenes since 2022, Diverse has developed a production style that places as much emphasis on musical composition as it does on low-end weight and dancefloor energy. ‘Resurgence’ brings those elements together across five individually constructed tracks, moving between powerful rhythmic arrangements, layered harmonies and more atmospheric passages without losing the bass-driven foundations of his sound.
The project follows the release of lead single ‘tear everything down’ on 16th October, introducing the latest chapter of Diverse’s production catalogue ahead of the full release. Across the remaining tracks, ‘above the ashes (fly)’, ‘Resurgence’, ‘I just need u’ and ‘falling next to you’ featuring Cinet, the producer explores a wider range of electronic influences, with melodic textures and emotional expression sitting alongside the rhythmic intensity of modern bass music.
That balance between musicality and sound design is central to Diverse’s creative identity. Classically trained before establishing himself as an electronic music producer, he draws on his understanding of harmony, composition and arrangement to create music that reaches beyond conventional genre boundaries. His work moves between the heavier elements of Dubstep and Drum & Bass and more melodic electronic territory, allowing contrasting sounds and ideas to coexist within the same production.
Since emerging in 2022, Diverse has released music through Red Ocean, Seikatsu Records, Gem Released and Future Bass Records, steadily developing his catalogue while amassing more than 150,000 streams across platforms. His progression into live DJ performance in 2024 has also brought another dimension to the project, connecting his studio work with the energy and immediacy of the dancefloor.
‘Resurgence’ arrives through Make Your Era, the label founded by Drum & Bass producer Vibe Chemistry to provide a platform for developing artists within Drum & Bass and the wider bass music spectrum. With Diverse bringing his own combination of classical training, detailed electronic production and genre-spanning influences to the imprint, the release adds another distinctive sound to its growing catalogue.
Spanning five tracks, ‘Resurgence’ presents an artist continuing to develop his musical identity through the relationship between melody, emotion and bass-driven electronic music, bringing the different strands of his production together in his latest release.
